Each visit is photo documented through our Online Reporting System, providing full owner transparency and easy access to detailed reports that are later consolidated into the main monthly report. This system also allows us to quickly identify and flag any potential issues so they can be addressed at the earliest opportunity. Owner return cleaning and item placement are also included, using our reporting system database to restore the property exactly to the owner’s preferred setup for their stay. All records and updates are compiled and delivered in a clear monthly master report.
